The mind is a very powerful tool. It is so powerful, that it’s greatest trick is making us forget it exists at all. We run as far as we can. As soon as we start to breathe heavy, sweat, and our limbs tire, we know we are pushing the limits. But again, the limits of what? Have you ever just kept going when you think you can’t any longer?
