@katie

Yes i do. Funny, but actually, that is what my company does for a living, and we have an outstanding reputation. http://pixelmobb.com

Yinvsyang, however, is my own personal public battlefield with the lessons I learn about everyday. Unfortunately, I have not been able to, or rather have not chosen to, give it the time it needs. My passion for video has taken priority. However, in the near future, you can be sure to expect a complete redesign of yin yang.

Thanks again for your honesty and incite. It's always appreciated round here....

You need to work on your design. It took me longer than it should have to figure out that you need to click on the title of the post to read the rest of it. It's unnatural for the eye. Add a "read more" link, or leave all of your content out in the open, since that seems to be the main thing this site has to offer. Also, a solid background on the sidebar would make the text more enjoyable to read.

That is a great point, and so often forgotten. I know when I first got out of college, I was so full of confidence because I had managed to do well at a tough school - so there was nothing at work I did not attack with confidence - and conquer. Now years later, sometimes I forget to have a mindset of conquering/winning, and I sometimes approach new problems as nuisances or obstacles, worried and not quite sure I can chip away at them. Tomorrow morning I will go back to work with my winning mindset on. :-) Thanks!
