@Razor
You know I think our mentality has a lot to do with training in some regard. I know I was a lot angrier of a kid before I started training. It helped tremendously with letting the little things go.

@Alex
Ghetto, suburbs, it doesn't matter. It is all what you make it. Alot of happy people in the ghetto, and a lot of miserable people with money.

I have many people I work with who are angry all the time. It always shocks me how they seem to be angry all day, with no real reason. What makes it even more interesting is that this one particular person has a guaranteed income from his government job, excellent health, a good family environment and really no good reason to be angry; yet he always semms that way. I say seems, because I don't think that he actually is, it is just that he always has that scowl on him. I told someone today that my favorite days of the week are the jiu jitsu days; the stress seems to melt away. Too many people die from stressors that they can't control, and create artifical stress with the things that they can control. Just taking a minute to realize what has gotten you all worked up, could mean the difference between having that good day, or being angry about someone walking on your rented grass.
