I think the theory &quot;nothing to lose and everything to gain&quot; can be applied to any new activity. That&#039;s a great way to look at it: Either I gain a valuable lesson or an achievement. Either way I&#039;m a step ahead of the rest!</description>

What have I tried? Probably the most resistence, fear and limiting beliefs that I have had to face have been around writing and starting my blog. The thing that really made me simply &quot;do it!&quot; was the realisation that I actually had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
