I believe that karma is always at work, and to do onto others. I feel that our souls come back again. All energy is transfered and none is ever destroyed. For that matter I would like to believe we are not humans having spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings put on earth to have human experiences and to learn from our time on earth valuable lessons. I believe some people can be older souls and some people younger souls. My belief in afterlife is that of reunion with God and eternal love and peace and all that -- pretty rosy stuff. ;-) So I do not mourn for the dead. I just mourn for my life without them. Really, I do not come from the point of view that all death is tragic and bad. Living are the ones who suffer, in my world view. It changes my priorities and affects many decision-making. Scientific theories and debates come and go, but I am at peace with my world view, which gives me a solid foundation to stand on. This also affects my day-to-day life.
