Awesome post, I think its important that people realize good or bad habits are not formed in a day, as rome is not built in one either. The perils of habits is that we as humans identify with a bad habit such as smoking (as we are now a smoker) the problem is most people then become that which they identify. They make it a part of their personality so then when trying to stop one feels like a piece of them is somewhat missing. Conversly what we should strive for as people is to make a good things routine, such as cleaning your desktop each morning, organizing your bills each week the same day, even a gym or martial arts regimine is important, as a good friend once told me its not so much about wanting do it rather just doing it. Get up get out and train or whatever it is you do to make yourself feel good cause after that you will feel like a million bucks. or maybe even have a million who knows.

Cheers Chris
